Cecil peacefully passed on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 in Toronto , at the age of 58. He was a loving partner to Christine, father, cousin and dear friend. Cecil will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.
