Obituary of Elsa Eslin Brandford

Elsa peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Scarborough.  She was a loving and devoted mother, cherished aunt and dear friend.  Elsa will be greatly missed by her many extended family and friends.  The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.
