Obituary of Martha Evering

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Martha “Aunt Tit” Evering.

On January 18 2022, she passed away peacefully and is now at rest with her husband Norris. She was the youngest of 12 siblings.

Martha left her mark of joy, laughter, and compassion on everyone she met.  Our matriarch, nothing brought more joy to Aunt Tit than being surrounded by family.

She left behind her brother Rancle and sister Pearl; her five children Altiman (Avril), Valin (Dorna), Sherron, Leslie (Jennifer), Colleen (Horace); her sixteen grandchildren Odette, Cassandra (Ian), Mark (Gill), Valerie, Chris D (April), Chris E, Damion (Nadia), Ian (Alanna), Kishaun, Franz, Kimberlee, Javier, Rasheeda, Tamara, Akil, Jayden; her eighteen great grandchildren Aayana, Neshaun, Devonte, Sterling, RJ, Elijah, Ka’Mya, Kaleah, Liam, Ruby, Freya, Lyla, Finley, Callum, Brooke, Lily, Theo, Shah; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and family and friends.

She is well loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.

Given the current restrictions, service for our Matriarch will be by invitation and for immediate family members.

The Evering family wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time of bereavement.
