Obituary of Keith Michael Purcell

Keith affectionately known as ‘Kitty’, peacefully passed away on Friday, January 21,2022 in Ajax, at the age of 68. He was a loving and cherished father, grandfather, father-in-law, brother and uncle. 

 

Keith is survived by his children Kevin, Karen, Kester, Kerena and son-in -law Chris. Grandchildren Quinton and Ariah. 

 

He will be missed by his siblings Wilma, Davie, Ken, Bernice, Stephen , Phyllis , Manda , Sandra, Joylyn, and Evette. 

 

He now joins his beloved parents Errol and Marjorie and his brothers Desmond and Edwin. 

 

We will miss Kitty’s infectious smile, his zest for life and loving and generous nature.

He will be remembered for being a very bright, ambitious and dedicated pharmacist. He deeply valued the quality time he had with his family and friends. 


 

Keith will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.

Capacity limits have been reduced by 50% for indoor funeral services and visitations at the funeral home.

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

  1. Masks and/or face coverings are required. 
  2. Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.
  3. COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.
  4. Contact tracing will continue.
  5. 75 ppl maximum in the chapel.
  6. 50% capacity in viewing suites.

Important Note:  Cemetery can restrict capacity limits as they deem necessary.  They are permitted to be stricter with numbers and we must comply
