Obituary of Delores Medley

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Rev. Delores Medley. She transitioned out of this world on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 and is now resting in the arms of our God.

A bright light has left this world and Heaven has gained an Angel. Delores was loving, kind, generous, thoughtful, giving and caring. She made it her mission to serve God and to try to be an example of Jesus in the lives of everyone she encountered. She came to Canada in the late 1960’s and pulled as many family members as she could here with her. She made tremendous sacrifices to help each one come to Canada and get settled and establish themself.  If it were not for her, many in her family would not have the life that they have today.

She loved her children with all her heart.  She was also extremely proud of her two Grandchildren. She adored them with every part of her being. No Grandmother could have loved their Grandchildren more. No Grandmother could have been prouder. More importantly, she loved God and devoted her life to serving him.

She was a Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunty, Cousin and Friend. She was a believer in Christ and a woman of strong unwavering faith. She leaves behind her Daughter Jaculine, Son Khristopher, Daughter-in-law Akua and Grandchildren Kimoni and Amira. She was a true force of nature that can never and will never be replaced. She is with our Heavenly Father now in Paradise
