Obituary of Audlet Althia Hart

Audlet Althia (Judy) Hart, neè Stone, passed away suddenly of respiratory failure on January 26, 2023 at Etobicoke General Hospital.

Judy Hart was born in Naggo Head district, St. Catherine, Jamaica on January 24, 1967 to Vivia Oakley and Frank Stone.  She immigrated to Canada in March 1976 and attended school at Highfield Junior School, Smithfield Middle School, North Albion Collegiate Institute and Humber College.  She successfully completed a degree in Business Accounting and worked as a Billing Coordinator in the Accounting Department of the law firm WeirFoulds for over 30 years.

She was loved deeply by her husband Clifton Hart and children Jenya, Ryan, Joshua (Eilidh) and Ashleigh.  She will be forever missed by her mother Vivia Oakley, and siblings Sharon Stone (Greg Dunn), Maurice Stone, Deanna Miller, Patrina Stone, Weldon Stone (Sara), Joan Stone (Leland Mays), Howard Stone, Chase Stone, and Samantha Stone, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Her passing has also been deeply felt by her family through marriage including her sisters-in-law Maureen Asphall (Anton), Pamela Williams, Vinette Bailey, Michelle Hart Claytor (Lesley), Nemonie Hart, Leslene Hart (Ian Robb), Trina Hart and Janice Hart; brothers-in-law Mark Hart (Yolanda), Rene Hart (Jacqueline), Tony Lydner; and mother-in-law Meleter Hart. 

Judy was a caring grandmother to Caliana and Justice John, and Cadence and Sydney Hart.  She was a beloved Aunt to Dallas, Griffin and Cassidy Stone Dunn; Shiloi, Sade, Shylee, Taijah, Keyshawn, Andre and Elijah Stone; Chase Jr., Deondre, Carsonea Stone; Alaia (Tsotne Javakhia) and Patrick Patterson; Ethan and Sydney Hart; Matthew Smith; and Zoe Claytor. Her loss will also be immeasurably felt by dear family friends Norman and Lois Powell and their children Norman Jr. and Kaela Powell. 

All who knew Judy Hart were touched by her caring and generous spirit.  Her home was a welcoming place to all, and she was quick to volunteer her time and resources to anyone in need. She was much beloved and will be very deeply missed by family and friends.
