Obituary of Claudette Pauline Davis

Sunrise: December 27,1939 ~ Sunset: February 4, 2024

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved family matriarch Mrs. Claudette Pauline Davis on Sunday, February 4, 2024.

Cherished wife of Earle Davis. A journey of love and companionship for 54 years.

Affectionately called ‘MUMMY’ by her children Sylvena (Iola), Jeff, Rhema, Georgia, Andre, Carla and Susette whose admiration and gratitude are beyond what words can express. Her dedication as a mother had no bounds and the sacrifices she made were incredible.

A wonderful combination of warmth, kindness, laughter, and love filled her heart as the word grandma echoed through her ears. Her warm hugs, kisses and sweet memories will forever be with her 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Her surviving siblings; Vinora, Mavis, Llody and Roy had an eternal presence in her heart. She embraced her nieces and nephews, always shining bright and guiding them towards greatness. Her heart was filled with compassion and her spirit uplifted her son and daughters in-law.

She was a woman of faith; devoted to her Lord. She will be mourned by the congregation of Friendship Community Church.

She was compassionate, kind, caring and empathetic. She will be keenly missed and forever be in the hearts and minds of her extended family and friends.
