Obituary of Victor Seymour Toomer

Victor peacefully passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019 in Brampton.  He was a loving brother. Victor will be missed by his extended family, Tullamore nursing home staff, and friends. The family appreciates all of your prayers and words of comfort during this difficult time.
