Obituary of Richard Silvan Delano Burton

Richard passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2019. He was a loving father to X'Avier, son, brother, and uncle.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  Richard's family appreciates all of your prayers and words of comfort during this difficult time.
