Obituary of Dr. Myrtle Lee Gordon-Ennis

Myrtle was born a giver in her hometown in Kingston, Jamaica and immigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada with the same spirit of giving. Myrtle had a passion for people, especially for students and would think of others before thinking of herself. Myrtle was planted at Kingdom Covenant Ministries and everyone will remember her as the lady who gives out small religious cards on Sundays while she also ministers to them. She will also be remembered as the lady who goes to Jamaica every year with many barrels of stuff to be distributed to family, friends and also to schools. Myrtle was passionate about education. She always sows into students’ further education up to and including the time of her death. Myrtle peacefully drifted off at home in the arms of her sister at 12:55am on July 31/20; 5 hours after whispering to her sister that she was ready to go to be with the Lord. Her spirit was released from her ill body and she is now rejoicing with the Lord Jesus Christ. Myrtle was predeceased by her husband Clovis Ennis. She is survived by her two sisters, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and 2 great-grand nephews. Please see 'Service Information' for complete details.
