Obituary of DeShayne Anthony Waite

On the sunny fall afternoon of September 5, 1993, DeShayne Anthony Waite was born into a loving family, son of Mitzi Campbell and Overton Waite; grandson of Elton Campbell, Audrey Campbell (his Ma) and Mornell Lee. Raised in Brampton with his three younger brothers Dante, Devon and Kemal, DeShayne grew into a handsome young man with a strong will and a kind heart. He loved basketball, good times with friends, shepherd’s pie and his children. He found his calling in the skilled trades, studying to become a certified Gas Technician. DeShayne returned to our Creator God on August 13, 2020, just 3 weeks shy of his 27th birthday. Taken from our lives so suddenly at 26 years old, he leaves behind 4 young children for us to continue loving him through: Lia, 4; Kylan, 3; Ari, 2; Reign, 1. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe page has been created to accept donations. All proceeds will be given to his children. Please see 'Service Information' for complete details.
