Our funeral centre is taking the necessary measures to stay healthy and protect the public:

• Prevention signage around our facility: wash hands often, social distance, stay home if sick.
• Continuously checking and maintaining soap dispensers, ensuring all are filled in the restrooms.
• Hand sanitizing stations are readily available at all entrance points.
• Extra tissues are readily available.
• Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces frequently.


  • When calling, we will obtain the majority of information over the phone and/or electronically. We encourage most information be provided by phone or email,  in-person  must be by appointment only, 4 ppl max at ONE time, (no exceptions), in order to keep everyone safe.
  • Will be asked screening questions.
  • Will be asked to sanitize / wash hands their hands.
  • No cycling OR rotations of members.
  • Touchless temperature checks will be taken


• Guests will be asked to remain outside in their cars, until the family is ready to receive.               
(no gathering in the foyer or corridors)

Upon entry to the building, guest(s):

  • Will be asked screening questions.
  • We will continue to follow government mandates with capacity numbers indoors in the entire facility. For visitation period(s) we will accept only groups per time period. 
  • Will be asked to sanitize / wash hands their hands.
  • Touchless temperature checks will be taken
  • For contact tracing you will be asked to provide your name and phone number at the time of arrival.
  • No cycling OR line up of guests.
  • Please be advised, we must allow for disinfection after each group departure.

There is maximum capacity maximum permitted in the entire funeral home and a maximum at the cemetery (please confirm jurisdiction limitations).

Please note: that children and babies also account for numbers.

Staff will continuously be monitoring capacity numbers. Once we have reached capacity, guests will be asked to remain outside, as there is NO gathering in the funeral centre at anytime.

MANDATORY MASKS: We ask that all guests entering into our facility wear a face shield and/or face mask/covering. Please be respectful to the staff and the families we are serving.

Anyone who wishes not to comply with the above requests, may be refused entrance into the building
