Obituary of Rainford Gilbert Campbell

Rainford Campbell (Ranny) passed away peacefully at Mount Sinai Hospital on January 27th, 2022. Born August 31st, 1942, in St. Ann, Jamaica. He is survived by his wife Cherry Campbell (Lola), his daughter Janet Campbell, Grandchildren Donald, Shanice, and Tavor.

Predeceased by his loving parents, Sherman and Mabel Campbell (Lawrence), brothers Edward and Rupert (Sonny). Survived by his loving sister's Daisy (Lloyd Dawkins), Vidolyn and Hyacinth (Deloris), brothers Clifford and Egbert (Jungle) and his many nieces and nephews.

He was a loving and caring person to his family and friends and loved entertaining them. He was like a magnet; people were quickly drawn to him. He enjoyed his many years at General Motors in Oshawa until he retired.  General Motors was his main topic of discussion for the past couple of years.

We all loved him and wish he was still with us, but heaven is shining brighter with his presence. We Love you, Ranny and may you rest in peace.
