Obituary of Rodney Oliver Smith

On Sunday, November 20th, 2022, Rodney Oliver Smith, a loving partner, father, brother, uncle, and son, passed away at age 58.

Rodney was born on September 14^th, 1964 in Montego Bay, Jamaica, to Albert and Susan Smith. He was an avid music loverand loved to dance even if he was the only one hearing the beat. Rodney always wore his Sunday best, even on a Wedenesday, no matter the event and commanded any room with his quick wit and generous smile. The lingering scent of his cologne was a constant reminder of the ever-present love he had for his family and friends. 

He is survived by his Soulmate Shaunise, and will be missed by his children, Nikolas, Jodieann, Jenelle, Jadyn, Xavien, Kiana, Matthew, Madison and Llai. Rodney also leaves behind his Mother Susan (Aunt Sue), his five sisters and five brothers, Fay, many nieces and nephews and cherished friends.
