Obituary of Millicent Rhona Samuels

Millicent passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Woodbridge.  She was a loving and cherished mother, grandmother,sister, cousin, aunt and dear friend.  Millicent will be greatly missed by her many extended family, and friends. The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.
