Obituary of Mark Roosevelt Biggs

Mark Roosevelt Biggs, affectionately known as “Biggs”, left us unexpectedly on Sunday, February 5, 2023, in Toronto. He was a loving and cherished father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and dear friends.  Mark will be greatly missed by his many extended families, and friends. The family appreciates all your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.
