Obituary of Iphena Parsley

Iphena “Aunt Tootsie” Parsley was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt during her incredible 83 years of life. She passed away unexpectedly in the early hours of Friday, April 7, 2023 in hospital, in Toronto. We will remember Aunt Tootsie for her loving nature, her witty sense of humor, her occasional, endearing stubbornness and oftentimes lovable intransigence.
