Obituary of Phillis Rae Powell

Phillis peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023 in Brampton. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.  Phillis will be greatly missed by all of her extended family and friends.
