Obituary of Vernon Roosevelt Small

Mr. Vernon Roosevelt Small, born on April 9, 1947, peacefully passed away on June 29, 2024. A man of deep integrity and kindness, Vernon touched the lives of many as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. Throughout his 77 years, Vernon exemplified compassion and selflessness. Vernon will be missed dearly by his many family and friends.
