Obituary of Sadie Othilda Somerville

In loving memory of Sadie aka (Mama) who went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 4th at the Credit Valley Hospital, she slept away peacefully at the age of 78 after a long and courageous fight. The Lord awarded her uncommon favors to spend time with her loved ones and to express her love, desire and final wishes. Mama loved her family passionately and her wish was for peace and unity. She loved and honored the lord. Mama enjoyed music, cooking and most of all enjoyed being around family. She was a loving wife to Hubert, a beloved mother to her 6 children Mark, Junior, Sharon, Kayan, Gloria and Ann Marie, son and daughter in law, her 40 grand and great grand children and her many foster children including Michelle Powell, as well her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by the countless people that she affected. Your memory will always burn bright in our heart. The family would like memorial donations in memory of Sadie to be sent to the Heart and Stroke foundation and the Diabetic foundation. See 'Donations' tab. Please see 'Service Information' for complete details. Please be advised there is a 30 per cent capacity maximum permitted in the church (includes children and babies) and a 100 person maximum at the cemetery.
