I happened to know MrsVeronica Dekid- Henry from we were both in our late teens. She was an individual whom I admired, mainly for her pleasant broad smile , her soft spoken voice and her christ like character. I'm very sadden by the tragic passing of her husband and her. She was such a precious soul. Her treasured memories will live on.

Accept my condolences on the passing away of Mr. and Mrs. Henry. Ms. Veronica was my colleague at work. She was a pleasant woman to work with. She was an excellent mother, sister, colleague, educator and a child of God who spent her life spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I will miss her greatly. Adieu.

Truly sorry to hear of the tragic passing of this dear sister and her husband. Have not seen them in years since we left Kingsview Village but their passing resonates as though I just saw them recently. Pray the Lord will give deliverance and peace to their remaining sons.

I met Sis Dekid via her best friend Janet Smithson Scarlett who was a co-worker of mine while at Portland High school. She was a sweet soul with a smile to match and an effervescent personality. A model of humility and a sincere dedicated child of God. R. I. P. To the Henrys.

I remember Ms.Dicked as a young girl as I attended the Port Antonio SDA church she was so ladylike she loves us as if we were her own children. I just can't find enough adjectives to describe her to really allow everyone to picture her. So all I will say is we have lost a REALLY good one, rest in the arms of our savior Ms Dicked, you will be missed .

My primary school teacher, a servant of God and a friend to man, the woman with the widest smile and an even greater personality. Who would've known when I saw and hugged you earlier this year it would be the last. Rest well Mrs. Veronica Henry. See you in that great getting up morning.
